Re: GTX 680 won't fold
BTW: The GTX 680 can work as two GPUs if you add it as gpu-index 0 and 1 it's running as gf:114 and gk:104 at 37-45k PPD :) Holy crap, it seems to be working. Any word on how this is possible? Note: MY PDD on these 2 WU's I had both dropped down to about 8000 and TPF went up on both slots, about wh...

Thanks for the update!VijayPande wrote:Sorry for not posting more in this thread, but we have been reading your posts and then investigating what's going on. I think we see what happened and have a recredit going on. It will take a while though, possibly more than a day.

Re: Stanford Network Issue
As best I can tell, current WU returns are getting credited, but some of the ones were not recorded during the outage haven't shown up yet. Is this consistent with what donors see? I believe Dr. Pande is on top of this already, but our logging system is fairly extensive, and I am running a quick an...

Re: Stanford Network Issue
Seems like newer submitted WUs are getting processed ahead of the older ones. Anyone know it that is the case? It's true for me. After the announcement that stats were back up, I received proper credit for all newly completed work units. But I haven't received any points at all for the 24 work unit...

Thank you!!!kasson wrote:Thanks for your posts. Points are still being recorded and credited; it appears that one of the databases where they're stored for display has been down since the outage. I sent email to help move this along.

Re: Stanford Network Issue
It could be possible that SOME WUs have gone adrift [nothing terrible about that, really] but that until the problem is resolved 'Schtum' is the watchword ...they have SO much more data on all this -and minor worries can get amplified easily in the dark. That's also not the donors fault- we are all ...

Re: Stanford Network Issue
In any case, it'd be great if there's anyone from PG gives a rough update regarding the issue. The silence is a bit deafening. I mean, what's the point of having a sticky 'Stanford Network Issue' thread if it's mostly users' speculation of what's going on instead of situation updates? Agreed, an of...

Re: Stanford Network Issue
@orphic1 I'm using the Beta 7 Client, but don't really know what the Core 16 is. I'll have to research that tonight. Glad to know I can keep folding and not worry about losing work :D You need to add the following extra slot option in expert view in the folding slot options screen: client-type | ad...

Re: Stanford Network Issue
You and me both, I have a total of 1 WU completed for 766 pts. before the systems went down. My systems been running since Thursday night. I should have over 80,000 points waiting for me, it is making me anxious. Don't panic, some people have a lot more points than that awaiting them - besides the ...

Re: Stanford Network Issue
Awesome, will do when I get home. Also going to start folding on my M11x, anything special I need to know for my Nvidia GPU? Thanks again! Not that I know of, now I tried folding with my GT330M using the Beta 7 client and it kept failing so I had to use the older GPU client to get it working. The M...
