I recently changed my FAH display name to something more specific. I had no idea that this was going to reset my points and WU totals. I assumed my points total was registered to my Token and Passkey, which are highly specific to me, not the Display name that anybody can set to whatever they want.
How do I reclaim my points? I was about to crack into the top 2K donors and was really looking forward to it, but now I'm starting over from zero...
Lost points and WU total after name change despite entering my token and passkey

And team
The association cannot be changed.
The account token has nothing to do with points.

Is there a way to request a name change?

You can create a new name freely, but cannot move points to it. There were no accounts before, so you cannot rename your username.

I should also point out that user names are not unique. I think this and lack of accounts is why the passkey was introduced.
