Possible to just get a few hours of work?

I'm sometimes starting computers to get some extra heat when temp has gone down more than i desire.
But sometimes one get work units that take 3 days at full speed, and my plan is usually just to run it for like 12 hours I try to make sure to finish units i have been assigned.

Would it be possible to set an aproximated amount of work or part of a work unit so i don't have to waste a unit at some point?
Would be extra bad to do it on a big work unit.
I guess someone depend on the work being completed, no good if i then hog a unit until next time i need some heat.
I really want to make sure i don't cause problems for the projects

There is not yet any scheduling feature.

After starting folding, you can click Pause > Finish.
