Account not replicating - Disconnected

After a two year hiatus, I have returned to folding, and got the latest version installed on my Windows setup. All good on that machine, folding fine.
However, I have noticed that my account when logged into on my iphone no longer shows its current status. Yesterday during the first WU I could follow it just fine, but after it completed yesterday evening, the account when logged into on my phone doesn't recognise the new WU and instead shows as Disconnected - No Work Units.
Interestingly, I have noticed a user on Reddit saying the same thing https://www.reddit.com/r/Folding/commen ... g_my_mind/
Is this happening for anyone else, or anyone know what might be happening here?
Also of note, my stats haven't updated since the WU completed yesterday, even though i've used the same passkey as years before.

Things are getting even weirder. Just tried to start a new WU manually to see if I could start it from the phone. It would start on the phone but not sync on the machine itself (Disconnected). Then noticed I had multiple icons in the System Tray. One said Failed, the other was asleep?, the other running. So I quit the first two, and now the WU is showing on the machine. Go back to the phone... Disconnected?!
I just looked in the logs, which don't make much sense. The first half from the beginning of trying to start the console show the correct time. Then I get an error regarding a .txt file at midnight, then after more errors, the WU starts, but now the time is one hour behind?!

Mystery solved I think! I disabled the Intrusion Detection system of part of my home firewall network, and once I refreshed the phone, it immediately synced! Now just a case of me figuring out what the false positive was that was causing the block.
