High point workunits come and go occasionally. Its just part of folding. But also be aware that the opposite will occaasionally happen to balance the scales.

In BOTH cases, it's okay to report unusually high or low PPDs but be sure to include the PRCG and a description of the hardware it's running on as well as what projects you're comparing it to.

As mentioned above, it can go either way. I had a really high PPD count on a WU a few months ago, but had another one recently that initially indicated around 40% of normal PPD. It subsequently fluctuated between that number and the PPD I would usually get. With most WUs being pretty small, it will balance out quickly.
