remove Kakao from forum header

remove Kakao from forum header
Seems both the original and cloned version of Kakao is not coming back online. Isn't it time to remove it from the header section of this forum. Clicking on it lead to a domain dealer.

Fahwiki.net has expired. Now there are two dead links in the header.

We are aware of the dead links. I wish I could say it will be fixed tomorrow. I could say it, but it wouldn't be true. All I can promise is that I'm trying to find enough time to make sure I know what I'm doing if I try to fix it. We haven't heard back from uncle_fungus. I need a bigger block of time than I have been able to set aside to feel confident in trying to do the edits.
