It seems that a lot of GPU problems revolve around specific versions of drivers. Though NVidia has their own support structure, you can often learn from information reported by others who fold.

Hi everyone, I have been folding for a while, and recently I decided to put my 680 to work.
It looks like it starts, but it is stopping at this. It says: Calling fah_main args: 14 usage=100
Thanks
Here is my full log:

Kepler support is currently closed-beta only. You need to join the
Beta team and accept all that that implies.

Doesn't the rollout of core 2.25 to advanced mean it's no longer in closed beta?

OK, since it is no longer beta.
I would strongly suggest that you uninstall your v6 client and install the v7 client (
7.2.9 preferred )

And be prepared for very choppy web browsing, movie watching, youtube watching and random micro mouse freezes if it is your main machine. My GTX680 is being loaded so much that everytime I start another program which requires GPU acceleration (not talking about games) the experience is awful

Which is why people commonly use the pause/unpause for the GPU slot.

yes I use it very often
especially during these holidays. So my GPU is very often sitting idle

Also does it with dual 560 ti 448 core. I remember it doing this sometime back with 8800s also, very irritating on a main machine I use daily... If I pause it that will be 10 to 12 hours a day paused.
