That's possible that I monitor forum in an usual way (only
having an issue on hand + once a week). And makes a problem for
me: Each time I must go through all the topics listing and then
wonder -- does this topic anything with my issue? (Sometimes
subjects should be more descriptive, sometimes new topics should
be started.)
So my question is -- if there's a way to mark all topics in all
forums/subforums as read, or... The only solution I've found is
going through all forums and then following "Mark all topics as
read" (IIRC) link. Did I missed a quick way?
p.s. Please excuse my USENET nature; the subject should be
"all topics", but "all threads".

On the index, you have an option called "Mark forums read" ... isn't it what you're looking for ?
Re: Marking all threads in all forums as read
Not exactly. I've seen that link at bottom of each
forum list. I was about View new posts. May
be I just unaware of some forum-specifics. I need to adopt,
or quit whining.

Re: Marking all threads in all forums as read
Within any particular forum, near the top of the page there is a 'Mark topics read" phrase. If you click on it, then every 'thread' will be marked as read.
In the Home Page, near the top, there is a similar phrase in about the same position to "Mark Forums read" - THAT one will mark Every thread in Every forum as read.
I use the 'Mark Forums Read' option all the time. I go into the Home Page, and any Forum with new topics will have a red Icon (a blue Icon means I've already seen the topics in the forum and 'read' them all, either explicitly or by the 'Mark Forums read' or by the 'Mark topics read'. If I see that one of the forums that is of interest to me has a red icon, I'll go into it and look at the 'red' topics. If it's a new topic, I'll start at the first page of the topic; if it's a topic that I've been following I'll probably start at the last page of the topic.
Once I've read what is of interest to me, I'll go to the Home Page and click on 'Mark Forums read'.
