Well, it depends. If the WU crashes for "natural reasons" (i.e. the calculation becomes numerically unstable), then we can't continue that particular trajectory. Hope that answers your question. --Vince

Anko - et al. I've stopped that clone. Looks like the file with the coordinates somehow got corrupted, thus making downloading possible, but then causing the MD to choke up when MD. Let me know if you continue to get any more bad WUs. --Vince
