Stats page not updating

The Stats page for me shows no active client and no updates. It shows my old stats from around 2020-2021. I also don't get any bonus points despite having put in a passkey.

Is it possible to correct the issue so that I can get bonus points?

There was an issue with the stats DB that the developer reported overnight as fixing, I don't know if that was the source of your Stats not showing up.

Whom to contact? I am not getting bonus points either despite putting in a passkey. Started about 1 week back.

Patience, as well as double-checking if username is the same now and then

First, double check that your passkey is entered into the client. You can check your bonus status here - https://apps.foldingathome.org/bonus. If you are folding under the same name as you are posting from, it shows that two different passkeys have been used, and the second has only completed a single WU. You need to complete 10 before you get the bonus if both entries are from you.

The passkey request app will send out the same passkey if the username and email used match a pair used in the past. Otherwise changing either results in a new passkey.

Double check of username and passkey - done.
The bonus site you mentioned shows 265 WU - which is my old contribution. I have contributed over 360 Workunits now (95 or more since starting again this month).
I have definitely cleared more than 10 WU since re-entering the username and passkey (after your message).

Strangely https://stats.foldingathome.org/donor/id/237297 shows more up to date information and so do the WUs Award and Points Award links (this is even before re-entering the username and passkey). I think I'm missing out on a lot of bonus points.

Bonus has started working.
Also the stats page has started working - however is not synced with the award links yet.
