I've got a system with an Intel UHD Graphics 620 and its showing as unsupported, but i see other 620's in the whitelist

folding calls it a WHl GT2

That iGPU also shows up as whitelisted in the GPUs.txt file:
If you could post the beginning section of the log file that may show some additional information on why it is showing as unsupported. But even enabled it may not get work assigned. The UHD Graphics 620 is not very powerful and at times there are few or no WUs available that will complete in time on this iGPU.

Although some Intel iGPU are whitelisted, it's been years since we last got projects that could run on such low compute power devices ...
