Why my IP is banned
When I try to open forum from my home PC I see this message. What is the reason? Is there any screenshot evidence with a spam from my side?

Depends on what the IP is for your home PC. But based on the IPs you have posted from in the past, one of your ISPs is an active source of spam currently and has been temporarily banned.
