Small WU from 206.223.170.146 showing collection server 0.0.0.0 and not being collected.

0.0.0.0 is shown only when your client isn't connected to any collection server. It isn't connected to your assigned collection server, because it's down.

Four other WUs on two machines are showing a valid IP address in the collection server field.

That is because not all work servers necessarily have a collection server. If they do not, then the WU must be returned to the same server that gave it to you.

Each project is different ... The WS will be where the researcher is hosting the project and is where the WUs need to return to ... sometimes the researcher will also allocate a CS to a project to act as a backup but this doesn't happen on every project for a whole variety of reasons ... and even if a CS is associated with a project the WUs still need to be returned to the WS by he CS before the WUs can be processed
