This shows two Nvidia GPUs and an Intel GPU (we are again 'blessed' by completely unsupported Intel GPUs in Production, because F@H is unaware of the idea of a Test system)
Next we have two CUDA software packages, attached to the Nvidia GPUs, 1 and 4.
Next we have an Intel version of OpenCL that is not correctly attached to GPU 2.
One 'voodoo' idea would be to clear all drivers and reinstall just the Nvidia driver.
This is a well regarded uninstaller I have never used.
