It may have already been added. If not, without the necessary information such as Device ID, it is not possible to just add the card.

The 1660 just came out. We already have the 1660 ti; but not the regular 1660.

When the 1660ti was added, the person who did that had several additional new device ID's that could be found by checking the device drivers and developers info. They are in the current GPUs.txt file, just without any text describing which GPU they are for.
