To my knowledge, no one has supplied that post in the GPU.txt forum
If the client can't ID the GPU it will automatically download a new copy of GPU's.txt every 30 days till it can ID the card. Other than that there is no notification mechanism.
Oddly though, my client is trying to recognize my 7790 as "R9600 Pro primary (Asus OEM for HP)" which is in GPUs.txt but I'm still getting UNSUPPORTED.
