WU Stopped at 22% and client went back to older 60xx WU's.

It is a FahCore_a3 WU (viewtopic.php?p=177745#p177745). The reason that you can't find it on PSummary is because it isn't being assigned anymore. Only active projects that are being assigned are available on PSummary.
