Is there a problem with the work server 171.67.108.22 or collection server 171.67.108.25 that is keeping it from promoting the stats to the database? The server status page doesn't seem to indicate anything wrong at a glance.

FWIW

Two bigadv WUs uploaded here today and both resulted in their appropriate credits .... so the 'problem' is not universal.

Is there a chance the same WU was assigned twice resulting in no credit for the second one? If you're using HFM it stores all WUs processed in a file called CompletedUnits.csv which can be imported into a spreadsheet and sorted by project to easily identify duplicates. It also shows the current queue. Also, qd might show a duplicate if one occurred recently.

Just grasping at straws. :?

The problem may be "universal", it's just not currently happening. This seems to affect WUs uploaded during the night. I uploaded a bigadv WU this morning and got credit for it.

That didn't happen in my case. I checked before posting.

Did not get credit for completed -bigadv

Post by Horvat »

I completed a -bigadv WU dated 3/20 at 4:10pm(that's my local time) that I did not get credit for at all. I checked the configuration and it is correct. It has completed several WU and had the points credited. The log file shows it was completed and results sent successfully but still no points credited. It was WU P2681 R1 C10 G82 sent to server 171.67.108.22 at 20:31:17 on 3/20/2010. I also seem to be having problems getting full credit on the whole for all the WU's I am completing. There is a 70,000 PPD difference between what I am actually getitng credit for and what the monitoring software is reporting. Of course my actual PPD is less than what the monitoring software is showing. I am using HFM.NET. Other than an occasional failed gpu WU all log files are showing successfully completed and transmitted WU's. Some help please? And no excuses will be appreciated.
