What exacly does iter / sec mean? Like, what is iter?

Iter = iteration; the basic step of a simulation.

Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing that more iter/sec is good. Oh, and one more thing, whenever I have the display thing up for GPU folding, the iter/sec drops down to 500ish when I have the cursor over it. However, when I still have the display up and don't have the cursor in it, it speeds up to 1000sih. Do you know why? I figured it has something to do with the display demanding more of the GPU when viewing it, but I'm not sure.

Yes, you're right. The viewer is known to have a negative impact on the rate of work done as it takes up some of the processing power to show the display which would otherwise be used for Folding.
