Are there certain forums new users cant visit?

Hello,
I'm trying to get to this thread:

(coded as I'm not allowed to post urls yet)
But it is telling me I'm not authorised to view it.
Should I be able to?

I guess it has been moved to a private forum or deleted ...

The answer is yes, there are several private forums that only invities are allowed: If you go into the forum control panel and select the usergroups tab, you can see a list.

What did you need from that thread? Maybe a Mod or Admin can help.
