P266* CLient Stalls After Sending

Several 266* work units have stalled right after uploading
finished work units. Some for as long as 12 hours (before I caught them).
The short-term fix is simply Ctrl-C, then relaunch the client.
This one was only stalled for 16 minutes. I can post additional (complete) logs
as the others do the same thing if you need them.
