Whenever I attempt to enter the above sub-forum, I get the following message and the login prompt below it with my username.
"You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum."
It's not a major issue, probably just a missing permission, but it's the only sub-forum where I get this.

Do direct links to subforums work

(failing only on the locked forum only displaying subforums)

I just tried your permissions settings, and I can see the forum without any trouble.

Not sure what you mean about direct links ?
I go to the forum via the folding.stanford.edu page and then click on the Windows v6.20 GPU client link on the board index page.
The error message and logon prompts only appear on this one sub-forum. I can get into the other forums OK.

Is this the link to the forum that doesn't work: viewforum.php?f=49
If so, I don't know why it doesn't work for you as I've just tried it with a dummy user with your permissions and I can access it just fine...

Can guests see that forum (people not logged in)? Never mind, dumb question.

Yes it goes to the same page with the three sub-forums and then the username\password underneath.
It's just annoying that I have to enter username\password, especially as this is the only on that asks for it.
