FAH Screensaver

It seems the FAHScreensaver no longer exist after I install the new client into my new desktop rig.
Any reason behind the removal of FAHScreensaver. Love it though....

People fuss about cpu folding impact on their GPU PPD. Screensaver would hit GPU folding similarly, since it requires 3d acceleration. And modern PC's GPU drivers do not live too well with screensavers or monitor sleep functions. I've seen many of my systems (Linux and Windows) unable to recover from monitor sleep, or OS screensaver. Disabling that stuff fixes these issues
