Unable to Register

Hello, I'm running into an issue with registering a new account through the web interface.

I have entered my email address, generated a passphrase using the refresh button, and entered my username, team #, and passkey. However, I keep getting a API call PUT /register failed (HTTP_BAD_REQUEST).

I perused some other threads and have gathered that something put into the form is incorrect but I've triple checked everything. One suggestion I saw from back in July was to leave the passphrase blank but the register button is grayed out if I do that. Anything else I should try?

Usually it’s an invalid passkey

Passkey is generated by
https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey

It is not a password. Don’t let your password manager make it up.

I thought the passkey was the same for all members of a team. It's generated based on each member?

Yes. It is an individual id.

User names are not unique
