Computer Shows Up Twice, Can Not Delete

Hello! Does anyone have a solution to this?
On my FAH Client, it lists my computer twice, with the second being 'linked' to the account. However, when I try to delete it, I get the error message that DB:1463 Machine Link Not Found. I just want to get rid of it as it sits on the Client window and does nothing but clog the screen, mainly just a preference, but how do I get rid of it?
