1. How do F@H and DeepMind projects overlap?
2. How do they differ?

Short answer : DeepMind, AlphaFold, Rosetta@Home projects predict the possible stable structures for proteins, Folding@Home studies how you get to these structures or how you leaves them for another one.

FAH results are like a movie whereas other project's results are more like pictures.
