Beta prioritizes 18448 and 18449 no matter what

I'm running v8.1.18 on a 3090. Driver is 536.40
Currently, there are nearly a hundred thousand available GPU work units.
These two projects, 18448 and 18449 are Influenza research.
No matter what cause priority I set, the system keeps handing me these, consecutively.
They were always overrepresented, but over at least the last week or so, not a single other task has reached me.
Influensa tasks' actual availability in the wild should be relatively low compared to other projects.
Folding@Home wants over a thousands generations, but the runs total single digits, with double digit clones.
I've shifted my 'cause preferences' from priority to priority, and nothing else is assigned.
Switching to Diabetes gives the "01:13:36:E ::WU1933:HTTP_INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR: {"error":{"message":"'diabetes' not in CausePref enumeration"}}"
Switching to anything else gives 18448/9.
Is the server supposed to be prioritizing this project over all others, is there something about my computer that's ineligible for all the rest, or is this a beta bug?
