Download/Upload Sizes? - v8.1.16

I'm still not getting download and upload sizes in my progress log.
If I'm reading this correctly, all projects I download register as a single byte.

Here's a sample -

1B of 1B is fixed in next release.

Up/download progress will only show in linux.
Mac and Windows use different networking code.

'Different' meaning it will be fixed in a different beta or 'different' meaning the feature is no longer possible?
