I finished this project before the lastest stats updates but it didn't give the usual "Thankyou for your results message" that I usually get when finished results were sent in. And when I checked stats after the update the PS3 unit that finished after my main CPU client's unit had went through but not this one.

Code: Select all

[15:46:32] + Attempting to send results
[15:46:46] - Core type used on unit not what server demands.
[15:46:46] Successfully sent unit 02 to Collection server.
[15:52:14] - Couldn't send HTTP request to server
[15:52:14] + Could not connect to Work Server
[15:52:14] - Error: Attempt #1 to get work failed, and no other work to do.
             Waiting before retry.
[15:52:20] + Attempting to get work packet
[15:52:26] - Connecting to assignment server
[15:52:27] - Successful: assigned to (171.64.122.78).
[15:52:27] + News From Folding@Home: Welcome to Folding@Home
[15:52:28] Loaded queue successfully.
[15:52:31] + Closed connections
[15:52:31]
[15:52:31] + Processing work unit
[15:52:31] Core required: FahCore_78.exe
[15:52:31] Core found.
[15:52:31] Working on Unit 03 [July 10 15:52:31]
[15:52:31] + Working ...
[15:52:47]
[15:52:47] *------------------------------*
For some reason it was having trouble sending the WU which I just assumed was the server was just busy until the missing Thankyou Message. Also after another restart I no longer have the WU either. It was sent just not sure if the Collection Server got it or not.

I was afraid of that. And I don't know what it meant by the message

"[15:46:46] - Core type used on unit not what server demands."

But then right after that it says

"[15:46:46] Successfully sent unit 02 to Collection server."

So I wasn't sure. Don't think I can do anything more except wait since it hasn't tried to resend it on my computer(which was why I thought it was already sent.)

Code: Select all

[17:23:44] Project: 3859 (Run 10718, Clone 0, Gen 1)
[17:23:44]
[17:23:45] Assembly optimizations on if available.
[17:23:45] Entering M.D.
[17:23:51] Will resume from checkpoint file
[17:23:59] Working on p3850_fkbprelative_ligand
I worked on P3850 of P3859 if that matters at all.

I think it happened again on another WU for this same project.

P3859 (Run 1363, Clone 0, Gen 2) it was done around 8 or 9am today July 31, 2008 CST.

But when I look on Kakao stats nothing matches up with a WU worth 401points.

Another thing I noticed just like last time P3859 is off the list on

http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html

Could the server not be counting it since it's technically not on Standfords list anymore? I know it was when I first got this WU.

Can anyone tell me if I was credited for the second P3859? And if being off the list would affect wether or not a WU would be credited?

Do you know if being off the list would cause any problems at all?

http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html

Just thought it was weird to have it taken off like the day after I received the WU.

Yes it could : being off the list may indicate that the server is offline, or has not been able to communicate with the stat DB for a long time :(
