Hi, i ve completed my first task with FAHClient on linux but i can't see my credits neither my donor name online (dmz12rqkrrnn) why? What i have to do?? My team is 234980

If you could post your log file showing the WU being uploaded and accepted, that would help. It can take a few hours for a WU to show up in the stats, and that can be longer if the WU uploaded to a Collection Server instead of the originating Work Server.

Given the screen shot, it seems your client can't upload the results. It's trying to send, but it can't (you can see attempt 12 already). Do you happen to use a router with deep packet inspection (FRITZ!Box is known have that ability for example), or anti malware like Kaspersky? Those are known to cause trouble with uploads of results - and all kinds of hints on the forum on how to solve it.

Uhm i dont know... i have a tp-link modem... i dont think i have fritz or kaspersky...

Are you running your system behind a corporate or institutional firewall? That can also block uploads. Basically the FAHClient process needs the same network access as "known" browsers over ports 80 and 8080. Some firewalls will block that traffic if it is not from a known browser like Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.

No, im running in my home network.. just using simple TP-link modem. Im using xubuntu linux version with firefox

Can you tether your computer to your cell phone, or use a VPN, to test if that works?

Hey, ive tried another task with nother pc (mac OS) and seems goes ok, no attempts..., i think its ok now and my name appeared in statistics even if with no credit yet... sorry for my english, above my log:
