Hello,
According to statsclassic_foldingathome_org I have completed 885 WU.
However, when I checked apps_foldingathome_org/bonus with both my username and passkey, it appears that I don't receive any bonus (the page returns "Bonus Active : False").
The passkey is the same on both Web Control and Advanced Control (v7.6.21 on Windows).
Is it because I have too many failed WU (364 or 30%) ?
Do I need to have completed 10 WU in a row ?
Any pointer would be appreciated.
No bonus despite having completed >10 WUs, what gives ?

The requirements for receiving the bonus (QRB) is at least 10 WUs returned and to maintain at least an 80% return rate. Without that 80% return rate you do not get the bonus.

Oh so it appears that the return rate is the problem here.
Thank you for your help Joe

That is a massively high failure rate ... If you post logs of some of the failures we might be able to help you stop them.plieur@maison wrote:Is it because I have too many failed WU (364 or 30%) ?

The most important thing to wonder about is why you have such a high failure rate. Something is definitely wrong.
