Silicon based life (simulated in-silico?)

The results of the Urey-Miller Nanoreactor simulation from seven years ago were fascinating (with over 600 new molecular compounds found):

Was there ever any consideration of running the same experiment using silicon based reactions? There's been a lot of debate whether silicon based life would even be possible lately (again) - so wouldn't this help narrow the possibilities?

Thank you - keep up the good work here on Earth. This would be an interesting diversion regardless.

OK, I've asked this before, but surprisingly didn't get any answers. It seems this could only happen in highly specific circumstances as Dr. Angela Collier recently reiterated - but, it would still be an interesting experiment regardless.

I'm only asking because I've been fascinated with the Tholians since the original Star Trek aired the "Tholian Web" (OK, I saw it in reruns - I'm not that old - yet).
