While reviewing my log file, I see this kind of message:
2:31:03:WU02:FS01:0x22:Average performance: 54.1693 ns/day
What is it telling me?
Is is that my run simulated an average of 54 ns/day of atomic motion in the structure being analysed?
(So a 2hr job simulated about 4.5ns of movement.)
What does "Average performance' report ?

Re: What does "Average performance' report ?
Basically that is what is being reported. If your system was doing the same trajectory for the project continuously for a day, about 54 ns would be done. Or that over 2 hours you completed about 4.5 ns.
The log includes the total number of steps for a WU. Each step is either 2 or 4 femtoseconds in length. So you can get the total number of ns involved fairly easily.
