Project: 14524 (Run 373, Clone 0, Gen 44) cannot be decomposed with a 15 core machine.
Runs fine with 12 cores.
I see this Project had similar issues last month. Looks like it still has work units that cannot be decomposed by a factor of 5?

Same problem with Project: 16438 (Run 0, Clone 2880, Gen 98)
(Unable to decompose on a 15 core machine, works fine with 12 cores.)

Re: Project: 14524 (Run 373, Clone 0, Gen 44) Decomposition
F@H has difficulty with large primes and their multiples number of CPUs.
7 is always large, 5 is sometimes large, and 3 is never large. Try to choose a number that is a multiple of 2 and/or 3.
1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 18, 20, 21, 24, 27, 30, 32 are good numbers of CPUs to choose. (_r2w_ben has advised me of more good numbers)
5. 10. 15, 20, 25, 28 may work most of the time. Other numbers will bite you
Perhaps some one with connections will advise the Researcher that factors of 5 aren't working.
You may want to consider a CPU slot with 12 CPUs, and a CPU slot with 3 CPUs.

Welcome to the F@H Forum RunningTurtle,
Thanks for your report for Project 14524. I have notified the researcher and it was adjusted.
For Project 16438, please note that the proper configuration was done (i.e. the WU shouldn't be assigned to 15 CPUs) so can you please post the log file so we can see what's happening? If you require guidance, please review this topic: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=26036

Wrong topic. You're asking a question about decomposition issues for Project: 16438 rather than for Project: 14524. I'll move your post to a new topic.

As workaround you can manually reduce your FAH CPU slot threads count to 14. You may then need several CPU slots to get all CPU threads used.
