Trouble Uninstalling and Installing [Windows]

Dear Sirs

I refer to the above matter whereby I have tried uninstalling FAH via the Programs and Features application (Windows 10). FAH is no longer listed as an installed program, but the client is still running in my system tray and the program is still visible from my Start menu. This is preventing me from installing the latest FAH client. I would very much appreciate any help in resolving this problem.

Do you use GoG Galaxy? if yes, quit the GoG Galaxy application and try installing it again.
