That message means that the completed WU did not successfully upload to the F@H Server. This would be due to the high demand the F@H Servers currently face: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=33193

To be exact, the WU failed for some reason, and a report is being sent back to the server. This lets the WU be reassigned as soon as possible to another machine.
