fah-instlaller_7.5.1_x86 fails with
The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000022)
executed as admin
Dell Lattitude 7390 - intel I7-8650U - Win 10 Ent. V1809 build 17763.1098

Can you please update your Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC to OS Build 17763.1132 and try again?
Do you have any other application like anti-spyware, anti-virus, etc. that's on your system?

Unfortunately it is a company laptop that is centrally maintained therefor I can not update windows.
Lots of security SW is running, but since I have admin rights, I could temporarily switch it off.

Be sure you have written permission from the owner to use their property. (CIO or CEO would work) Install as the user who will run the software, try to use the express install.

I am Admin, but can not switch off McAffee End Point Security...and when I look in the logs, it looks like some incoming IPv6 Traffic gets blocked.
Could that be?
Permission is not a problem, our company told us to contribute, I might ask my IT people to help.
When I start the installer, the first thing I see is the error message, no choice to select "express".

Ah that would explain the error message. Since you have permission from work, then please engage with your Internal IT people. I am aware that there can be multiple layers of security on portable systems so they would be able to guide you. If they have any questions, feel free to ask on their behalf and/or point them to this Forum

This might be related to "Microsoft visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64&x86)" issues as is the case here:

You might need to reinstall the MS visual C++ Redistributable used for FAH installer?
