Good Morning All! I performed a donor name change after working 3 units and whenever I attempt to lookup the new name by clicking on the hyperlink within the FAHControl I get an error. During the last few days it was a "404" not found, today it is a "Bad Gateway" message. Additionally, I have successfully created a team name, but neither of the two donor names that should be associated with it appear on team donor list. If the association between donor and team is not made until the first work unit is delivered post donor-name change this may explain it, but I thought I would ask the question while I wait in case it is a known issue and/or if this is not related to the root cause. Currently, I am expecting only two team members (myself and one other), but none are showing at present (see team 257242). Thank you all for providing a path that allows me to participate in finding a treatment to COVID-19. Dan.
P.S. Per the log file, it looks like I have just successfully completed another work unit but this has not resolved the issues reported above. "Bad Gateway" is not being returned (a server resource issue that has been resolved perhaps?), the "404" message is not being returned (but I am getting a more friendly "Not Found" message), and my team list continues to show no donors.
P.P.S. I have not quit and restarted the client post-change of the donor name. Would this be recommended? I hesitate to do so because I do not want to stop the calculations.

Re: "Bad Gateway", "404", blank team member list
It happens...
the stats server is often under heavy load, I just tried looking up my user and it took ~30s.
When you get "Bad Gateway", either the server crashed under the load, or was taken offline temporarily (happened when I joined at the end of February too).
Just try again tomorrow, restarting the client is not necessary and won't change what you see.

Good Evening Uyaem! Thank you for your response! It has been several days running at this point (post-change) and I have not once seen my name change reflected in any comforting way. At what point should I suspect that some kind of user or other error? If so, what would be the most likely user error candidates?

One member is showing for Team 257242 at this point, the stats server is well behind on getting updates entered.
You shouldn't need to restart the client after changing user information, WUs processed and returned after the change should go to the new name.
