OS X uninstall

Please, tell me how i can remove FAH package from my system? Wilki suggest some 3rd side app, but don't provides link nor name.

That is pointing to old, outdated information. The default install includes an uninstaller, look in the Folding@home folder located in the Applications folder. That will remove the installed software, if you also want to remove the data and configuration files, go to /Library/Application Support/ and remove the folder named FAHClient. You may be prompted for an admin password to okay the removal.
