My machine has been working on some GPU WUs recently, and although the point estimation is shown in the logs, I do not see them in the stats yet. I receive points for CPU based WUs, though.
I'm not doing folding for points but want to make sure, that this thing generates lot of heat in the room for a reason. So not working on some faulty or unfinished jobs only.

I received more than 10 during the recent days from this message:
WU01:FS01:Server responded WORK_ACK (400)
WU01:FS01:Final credit estimate, 35490.00 points

Points were even higher in the 50k range.
My summarized points are around 200k right now.

The large number of results is resulting in a bit of backlog in updating the database. However this is important to the project, they do their best to see that all points get awarded eventually.

Also, on the first 10 WUs you turn in with a username and passkey set will show in the log's estimated point as if they were earning the bonus. This is due to limitations on the client being able to know whether that pair has been qualified for bonus yet. The 11th and later WUs will get the bonus and the points awarded should be close to those recorded in the log.

I also was made aware earlier today that one server may not be awarding the bonus correctly. That was reported to the F@h team. In the past when this has happened, they have reviewed the logs and retroactively awarded the bonus points. I expect if there was a problem on a server, at some point in the future they will do the same for this issue.

Since I've written I did additional 3-4 WUs without any points. I just hope it is still working fine.

This is also happening to me. I was 'folding' without passkey for a while, then I learned how to add it, and when I did it, GPU points does not count any more (But logs tell that the WU are sent correctly and points are added). I assume that this is the same effect.

Yes, this is what is happening. Points are getting added, but they are behind in pushing the updates out to where some reports will see them.

Using this check - https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu - with your name shows the last two returns entered today and that they are getting the bonus bonus.

Official stats should be updating again.

I'm also noticing I had this problem, specifically yesterday. After 0500 server times, I stopped receiving points for my GPU. Looking through my log file I missed out on several HUNDREDS of thousands of points that just don't seem to show up on my score.
My last GPU points awarded: 185,875 1(bonus) 2020-03-31 04:47:23.
This was over 24 hours ago and my system has been steady available and folding as jobs pop up. I waited to post this until my current 80k GPU job finished... no points awarded.

Aye, I did see that pop up not long after my post. However, on 3/31/2020 after this part in my log...

I stopped receiving any points for my GPU work until the 80k project I referenced. I missed out on 400k points in the 40 hour interim.
