it is possibile to fold to slot at a time ? (cpu + gpu):

Im actually folding only gpu or cpu automatically, it is possibile to run both?

If you've seen both run (even if not simultaneously) then it sounds like you're all set up correctly, however due to the sudden surge in new users the distributing servers are overloaded in a combination of researchers not having planned for this amount of work to be completed already, so they are doing their best to fill our computers with more work

CPU slots are separate from GPU slots. Both can run at once but they are thinking about separate proteins.

In general, GPUs think about very large molecules, and CPUs about smaller ones.
