GPU at 0.00%

I just started last night with my (MSI GL73 8RC) computer and when I started folding, the window showed GPU 0 (Intel UHD Graphics 630 card) as being used. but not the GPU 1 (GEOFORCE GTX 1050 MOBILE) operating. Today I restarted my computer and it showed CPU:10 with percentages, and GPU: 0 :GP107M (GEOFORCE GTX 1050 MOBILE] as "READY" while evidently folding. Now, after the task completed, the web control box shows , both, the CPU and GPU 0 :GP107M (GEOFORCE GTX 1050 MOBILE] as "READY" after web control was sleeping and then woke. It has been a while since there was any activity, other than intermittently showing the message, "WEB CONTROL SLEEPING . . ." so I'm guessing that I've got some setting in error or not activating something. I'd like to use as much of the power as possible because I don't use much graphic power in my work.
Any help is appreciated. (In layman's terms please, as I am not much of a geek or scientist.)

I found the answers to these questions in another post detailing the setup specifically for Windows in this same section. Thank you to the author of that post, PARAGON and the link, https://greenfoldingathome.com/2020/03/ ... indows-10/

Several possible issues:

The servers are swamped with hordes of new users wanting work, far more than planned.

Many Nvidia laptops use a technology called Optimus so an Intel GPU is running in low load situations and the Nvidia GPU only runs in higher loads. F@H does not run on Intel GPUs and crashes before the laptop has time to swap. I am told you can disable the Intel GPU in the Nvidia Control Panel under 3D settings.

No GPU folding ever happens on batteries.
