Windows 7 Professional, can't get GPU to work.

Your NVS 4200M is based on a GT 520M. While it uses a Fermi GPU, it is at the very minimum level to potentially process WU's. However the current GPU projects have moved on to requiring mixed precision calculations, and I do not see any support for double precision listed for an NVS 4200M. So that may be the reason you are not getting any work.

You may also have an Optimus driver, which uses a frugal Intel GPU normally and only uses the more power hungry Nvidia when needed. This work poorly with F@H as at startup it sees the Intel.

You may find a setting to always use the Nvidia, which may still not be powerful enough to complete a Work Unit.

It only appears to support OpenCL 1.1, and lacks double Precision Math, either of which could prevent even starting.

No it is in the Optimus control panel. You may or may not have one.
