Please add more support/optimization for Radeon VII

Radeon VII cannot be detected, even in the client of latest version.
When open the client, it reports error.

says "On client \"local\" 127.0.0.1:36330: \nOption 'gpu-index' has no default and is not set. \niter should be a GtkTreeIter", and in "Configure"

When I add following info in GPUs.txt，the client works，but gpu clock and mem clock is changing always, seems not in full load.

You can download latest GPUs.txt manually https://apps.foldingathome.org/GPUs.txt
and put it in C:\Users\Klose Rinz\AppData\Roaming\FAHClient
Then restart FAHClient.

GPUs.txt will be refreshed automatically if it happens to be missing when FAHClient is restarted.

Thanks.
I have already added the list into GPUs.txt.
The client works，and I found that gpu clock and mem clock depends on the different PROJECT. It seems to be OK for most PROJECT.
