[SOLVED] Not being awarded bonus points

Hello
I had recently issued a passkey for my username
The Windows Client shows correctly the amount of bonus I will get after processing a WU
The log shows the estimate score that I should be awarded for a WU
But the stats page does not reflect the bonus and just awards me the base score.

I have tried this on an Ubuntu Client as well and the same thing happens, I get just the base score against my username.

What could be wrong here?
I have searched the forum for this issue, but everyone has a different problem which causes this to happen.
Please suggest me a starting point for troubleshooting

I looked up the first WU in your log, from that I got a username. Since you unnecessarily blanked out the username shown in your configuration info I can not verify if that was you. Based on that username, a lookup shows a total of 5 WU's processed, and 2 different passkeys. Neither passkey is eligible for bonus points.

From the Points FAQ - https://foldingathome.org/support/faq/points/:
What are the qualifications for the QRB?

The bonus is applied for users who use a passkey, have successfully returned at least 10 bonus-eligible WUs, have successfully returned 80% or more of assigned WUs, and returned the unit before its Timeout (formerly Preferred Deadline). Bonus points do not apply to partial returns.
You need to complete more WU's, and if this is you, it is recommended that just one passkey be used. Then you will get bonus points.

Are you using the same passkey and the same Donor name on Windows and OSX? That's recommended.

If not, you'll have to complete 10 WUs use each Name+Passkey pair.

Hi Bruce,
Yes I'm using the same passkey as I had only issued once on my email ID
In windows I copy pasted from the email while for the other one I typed it out. Maybe that might have caused the issue, but the entries do match on my second client so it's not very likely I made the same mistake while typing twice haha

I'm currently on my 6th WU after adding passkey so let's see if I get the BONUS or not! (after 10 WUs) :)
