Core 21 not working

I can't get the GPU working on my PC since installing 7.5.1

Specs
GTX 580
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII hero
CPU: Intel i7 6700K
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all updates.

The first error I had was that OpenCL.dll was missing. I copied the file I used on Win 7 into the system32 folder, and rebooted. That seemed to sort that problem, but core 0x21 won't run. CPU has no problems.

Any ideas what I need to do?

The whole system worked when I used 7.4.4, but that was over a year ago.

I should mention that my OpenCL.dll is dated Feb 2014, in case that is now a problem. On my other, less powerful system, everything is working fine.

A couple of reboots later, and I changed permissions on the core 0x21 executable so it is always run as administrator, and there is now a different error.

Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's back to the original error.

Have you tried downloading the appropriate driver directly from nvidia?

http://www.nvidia.com/drivers

I believe the current driver for your gpu is 391.35 WHQL. Downloading & installing it should straighten out your opencl too,
