This turned out to be a rather obscure bug which now has been fixed.

As I've said many times, FAH ALMOST never loses points, though at times they can be delayed.

And many thanks to the Development Team for their detective work in figuring this out.

In fact, this issue affected less than 0.05% of points over the past year and all have been restored, so if you're one of the luck ones, you might have found a few unexpected points that you didn't even notice were missing.
