This must be happening to everyone, no? This is most disturbing.

I have not seen reports of this happening to others, but might have missed them. It might be related to the recent migration of the stats database from its former server during that week, perhaps one of the links still needs updating.

Ha Ha, I just discovered that today happens to be my one year anniversary folding as Unclebadtouch. I've got 238M points. I just don't understand why my points haven't been showing in my Web Control page for over a week.

I have brought this issue to the attention of the people who take care of the stats server.

Hi, i'm folding for some years now and i have the same problem. Since a week or maybe some days longer my web control shows "loading" ahnd no points.
My profile on FAH with my active clients, rank and team seems to be actual.
Is there a known problem or should i change some systemconfiguration/ plugins ?

I suspect this is a relatively new problem for WebControl.
There were some changes made last week and they've asked for feedback in case they missed updating any of the links. Since it's the weekend, I don't expect a fix until (hopefully) Monday.
5 computers all show "Loading..." continuously

I run Folding@Home on 5 computers, 2 Windows 10 (i7+GPU), 1 Ubuntu (i5+GPU), one Ubuntu (i5 no GPU) and a dual Atom netbookbook, also Ubuntu. For a week or two, all machines have shown "Loading..." on their respective Web Controls and do not display the usual statistics. Does anyone have any idea what is (not?) happening?
Phil

Yes, Pande Group has moved the statistics to a new server. They have not yet pointed the client to that new server, but they will. Someday.
Webcontrol doesn't show summary info

Mod note: merged with existing topic - j
Running fah-installer_7.4.4_x86 and when I activate the Webcontrol option, it shows my ID and 2 Nvidia cards computing but the summary of my account never completes, just shows "Loading" text in that area. This worked several weeks ago.
Running Windows 10 Pro and did the recent update. Reinstalled FAH and a clean install Nvidia cards of the drivers.
Suggestions. Thanks.

Thanks you Jimbo. Is the link hard-coded or can the user modify a setting somewhere?

The link for Web Control just connects to the PG web site, the links there need to be fixed up. It was first brought up here Saturday and PG was notified and are looking into the problem.

Philip so far as I know, (not much) it is hard coded. Today is the first weekday since it was reported, and Stanford is on Pacific time, so it is early for any fix. We have to let them get coffee! <G>
