Core 18 - remember to apply process settings

Just a reminder for anyone who uses Process Lasso or a similar tool to assign cores or govern the behavior of processes.

I've started getting core 18 assignments, but my computers have been on autopilot for so long that I forgot to go in and do the same for fahcore18 that I did for fahcore17 (exempt the new process from restraints, for one)
