Viewer and Website Suggestions

After carefully picking through all of the forums, I see loads of descriptions for the science and the analysis and hardware (kudos for focus on mission goals!), but I don't see a forum for the viewer/screen-saver or for the web pages. For example, my initial feedback (suggestions) are:
1) The viewer shows an awesome matrix of dark-gray, light-gray, blue and red (and rarely green) spheres of various sizes, but there's no key to what the colors and sizes mean. From what I know of chem, the dark-gray is carbon, light-gray is probably hydrogen, blue is probably nitrogen, and red might be oxygen. However, I see some apparent valence exceptions that make me doubt myself (e.g. some dark-grays are bonded to another dark gray *plus* 2 reds; I have yet to see a red + lt-gray combo that would be an -OH). Even though I can't possibly comprehend the entirety of such complex molecules, if you're going to show me color (& size), then I'd still like to know what each color (& size) means so that I can oooh and ahhh with partial comprehension.
2) Showing team ranking on the team detail page is good "red meat" to activate our competitive juices. Even better would be if you added an indication of recent rank *change*. It would be easy to show +/- rank since 7 days ago. More elaborate would be to offer a graph of team rank over whatever time period the psych department says will get our blood up.
Where do these suggestions belong?
